Anxiety counselling and depression counselling near North Cheam

Depression and anxiety are the most common mental health problems in the UK. Stress is a natural part of life but an excess or build-up of stress can lead to anxiety or even panic attacks, a feeling of being unable to cope, illness, and depression. It can also manifest itself physically. Common symptoms include breathlessness, abdominal pains, digestive problems, headaches, sweating, and weight issues.

Through an integrative and therapeutic approach, I can help you understand the underlying issues, enabling you to be more aware and cope better.  I offer a safe space for people to address any issues, explore them and work through any thoughts or emotions, and unhealthy patterns of behaviour.  I can also teach you tools and techniques to manage stress better, leading you towards a more fulfilled life. SM2 bereavement and grief counselling

Most people grieve when they lose something or someone that was important to them.

Each person will respond differently to grief, which means everyone’s experience to grief is unique, and emotions can include shock, disbelief, panic, guilt, anger, feelings of hopelessness and despair.

I have many years of experience helping clients to work through their own experience of grief, so they can find a more peaceful place and move forwards with their life. Read my blog on counselling for managing mild depressive states.

Cheam hypnotherapy sessions

Hypnosis is a wonderful tool that can be used effectively, and naturally on its own or within a counselling context.

We have more resources than we realise and when we are in a natural state of hypnosis we can be more creative, inventive and imaginative, and this can help you change your thoughts and behaviour.

It is a very relaxing and pleasant experience, and you will always be in control.
