Anxiety counselling near Tolworth

Life is a continual process of change and sometimes it can feel hard, including bereavements, loss of any kind, relationship problems, work, health, or family issues.  I can work with you to look at any challenges or difficulties and to find ways through barriers to create a happier and more fulfilling life. Taking that first step can feel like an enormous challenge, but I use (s from uses removed)  a kind, empathetic and non-judgemental approach.

At times we can experience challenges that seem overwhelming, confusing, or unmanageable.  I can work with you to understand how to relate to yourself and others, patterns that may have developed over time that may be unhelpful to you, and what you may be able to do differently.  As a local counsellor  I will give you the guidance to help you understand the reasons for your stress, anxiety, and panic. With this support you will begin to view things from another perspective.  This can help you move forwards in your life in a more positive and satisfied way. Read my blog on counselling to personally develop.

KT9 bereavement counselling

As well as anxiety counselling and depression counselling, I also specialise in grief and bereavement counselling. It is normal to feel sadness, denial, anger, fear and loneliness after a bereavement but not addressing feelings can sometimes cause them to prolong the pain and leave to long-term difficulties.  If you are struggling to cope with your thoughts and feelings following a death, or a loss in your life,  I can help you work through the grief you may be going through and so you understand your thoughts and feelings much better.

Hypnotherapy in Chessington: Could it help me?

Hypnosis is a natural state of mind where you are not asleep but your attention is more focused in a different way, so positive changes can be suggested for beneficial change. It can help you address a wide range of problems, including stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and also some physical symptoms.

Hypnotherapy is safe a, flexible, and effective therapy which can help people to manage their lives, remove unwanted habits, and potentially help in reaching their goals. See a case study of one of my clients who overcome a fear of falling through hypnotherapy.
