Belinda uses her wealth of experience working in different disciplines, including working within NHS and Social Services and as a yoga teacher, personal trainer and complementary health therapist. She uses an integrative approach to her work, drawing on different theories and models to do so.
Belinda offers an individual tailored therapy to match every client’s needs based on an initial brief telephone call followed by a half price initial consultation. Therapy is offered on both a short-term and long-term basis. You may wish to see her for just a few sessions, or over several months.
